The WORKconnectivity Coordinator works with both the Employer and the potential Employee to match job skills with job descriptions, conduct preliminary interviews, and connect the Employee with training programs and other employment services.

Workconnectivity stays connected with both the Employer and the Employee to offer any services that will sustain the relationship and be successful for both parties.
